Rental Fees & Policies:
Main Floor (Great room & Dining room) - $125 Per day
Gymnasium - $250 Per day
Pool - $250 Per day
Other services available by request at an extra charge:
Chef, Server, Bar Tender
Massage Therapist
Sommelier
Yoga Instructor
Proof of instructor certification and insurance (training classes only) is needed to reserve a space.
A 50% credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation with the balance due 7 days before your rental.
Once the house is booked, you are locked into that date and can only be cancelled 30 days ahead of time otherwise you forfeit your deposit.
